K-STATE College of Business Administration
Study Abroad
Opportunities
K-State has plenty of study abroad opportunities and there is a program that will fit any student’s pocketbook and curriculum requirements. K-State business students are very adventurous so in addition to the more traditional sites for study abroad such as Europe and Australia, our students have studied in Japan, Taiwan, China, Mexico, and South America.

Almost 100 business students are studying abroad every year. There are also internships programs available.

Scholarship Opportunities

Benefits
A study abroad experience will enable you to:
  • Gain international experience and multicultural competencies
  • Experience personal growth and independence
  • Learn or enhance your fluency in a foreign language and/or complete all classes for your major in English

Knowing a foreign language is not required. This experience will allow you to meet students and people from all over the world, gain friendships, and network. Do something that stands out on your resume and get an advantage over competition when you start looking for a job.

Getting Started
Getting started is easy. Attend a study abroad information session offered several times a week by the Study Abroad office in 304 Fairchild Hall, or view a schedule. No signing up needed.

Following this session you will get your own individual appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor. You can also talk to your Business Advisor about classes and when to go, or you can visit with the Business Study Abroad Advocates about their experiences.
