K-STATE College of Business Administration
Business Minor

Why a Business Minor?
Upon graduation, most students will be involved in organizations, profit or non-profit, that will use business concepts and principles to improve their services or products.

Minor Requirements

  • The business minor is only available to non-business students graduating from another college at K-State and shall only be conferred during the same semester that the non-business undergraduate degree is awarded.
  • Complete the five required courses. At least three of the five required courses must be completed at K-State.
  • Students must achieve a grade of C or better in each of the five required courses that comprise the business minor.
  • Complete the Minor Declaration Form in 107 Calvin Hall
    • An approved (signed) copy of the Graduation Clearance Form from the applicant's major college must be submitted during the final undergraduate semester to 107 Calvin Hall. This will ensure that the minor will be posted to the student's transcript upon meeting all graduation requirements.
